Monolaurin, Virastop, and return/increase of Echolalia + Destruction

Hello

My 9 year old son has been taking monolaurin for almost 6 weeks. We

added Virastop about a week ago. He is also taking alpha-lactoalbumin

(a precursor to tryptofan/seratonin). He has very out-of-whack

aminoacids. We are targeting chronically high strep ASO/anti-Dnase B

antibodies and chickenpox IgG titres that have continue to climb sky

high even 5 years after having had the chickenpox.

After he started taking the monolaurin, even at the small start-up dose,

began repeating his youtube video film titles/years and chasing me

around the house to order me to write what he was saying down on a white

board. It's been over year since we've had this intense ecolalia. It

is almost like an involuntary tic because he cannot control it, he tried

but cannot stop. The new twist is that he can now write his ecolalia

in Wordpad on his computer. Then he comes to me and says " Mommy sing

now " and expects me to sing what he has written even if it's just a list

of his jargon.

The other really bothersome, uncontrollable behavior that has returned

is his desire and astute ability to rip his socks into two pieces, rip

pants, shirts, his undies, cardboard, paper plates. He will soon have

to go to school nude at the rate his clothes are being destroyed. He's

very crafty to do the damage while no one is looking. He doesn't need

scissors anymore to do the dirty destruction deeds either (they are

always hidden at home and at school, by the way, and he's allowed to use

them only with adult supervision). If we try and fuss at him he just

says " Uh, oh! Look, a hole. "

We have seen twice what appeared to be a type of unraised rash on his

legs and lower abdomen since starting the monolaurin, but it doesn't

last long and refades. Have any of you who have dosed monolaurin had

similar worsening in behaviors? I am hoping that it means the

monolaurin is doing " something " good behind the scenes.

He's not currently taking other supplements at the moment and we will

not add back in more supplements until after we've reached the full

Virastop dose in about another week at the most. We are also waiting

for some oxidative stress tests from Labbio in Paris to help us decide

which of the long list of potential new supplements and old ones to add

back in . He also has some porphyrin issues which indicate general

detox issues overall. We've been doing biomed for 6 years and right now

I feel I've lost my " super-mommy-troubleshooting " abilities to make

these latest behaviors which seem to be directly related to his

supplements go back into hiding.

none of those things listed treat PANDAS, PANDAS which is what high ASOs

mean, are bacteria related not viral
