Guest guest Posted May 17, 2004 Report Share Posted May 17, 2004 Hi, I have tried to make carrot cake twice. Both times the cake was completely " glued " to the the pan. First time I used clarified butter to grease the pan, and today I used coconut oil... a good amount! How do you all greese the pan????
