Definietly not sending the claims to insurance to help the patient meet their deductible because then we would be out of our contract which states we will collect all monies owed. I have read where some PTs will do self pay and offer information for the patient to send to their insurance. However, I have the understanding that if a patient has insurance and we are in-network, we need to use the insurance. Is that right?
