Zinc must be taken with meals

We don't use it anymore, but when we did my son's DAN! nutritionist said to

always take it right before bed...which is correct? (I know someone who it is

being recommended for so I'd like to know for her).

My daughters zinc is

thru the floor but when I give her zinc, she throws up (Kirkmans). Anyone

have ideas? Thanks,

I was told NOT to take zinc with meals since it is one of the least

absorbable supplements.

Take it before bed if you want a stomach ache!

Otherwise with food

Hi, My Doctor told me to give my zinc at night before bed also.

I was also told by Kirkman's zinc should be taken on an empty stomach.
