Guest guest
A little background...my son is a pandas kid and a few weeks ago we gave him a high dose of zithromax for strep. Well, the strep went away, but a couple days into the zithromax my son started acting crazy. Luckily the worst of it is over, but we are left with this " frenzy activity " that is really annoying! Basically, we will be going about our day and out of the blue he just goes into a frenzy, like extreme sensory-seeking type stuff and just extreme hyperactivity. When I try to settle him down he gets a little aggressive. I have been trying to look for a pattern. It seems to happen most during times of transition. Does anyone know what would be causing this and how I can make it stop? For a while I thought it was yeast but it is not happening right after meals like it usually does with yeast, and it is not accompanied by the " yeasty giggles " . Any advice would be appreciated...
