FWIW... we supplemented Vitamin C for awhile and are no longer using

the supplement. I started making sauerkraut (very easy) and the

amount of Vitamin C in it is high enough for me to have the same

reaction I usually have if I am taking a supplement.

If you are concerned about food allergies (assuming cabbage isn't one

of them) this might be a better route. It also provides B vitamins,

enzymes, and probiotics in the process.
