So if I have one for breakfast and another for lunch I should be significantly lower than the 60 carbs they are saying I should eat. I'm not doing it to loose weight but hope that I will. The Byetta I'm taking is making me loose weight pretty fast. Right now I'm loosing about 15 pounds per month. I think that is pretty good? Ricky Joe ..
