Hello, I'm interested in making smoothies that are low carb to help drop my bg

numbers. The thing is I don't care for soy milk. What could I use instead of soy

milk that would taste good?

I heard about a product at Trader Joe's called Aria that can be used to make the

smoothies. I was wondering if any one is familiar with this product and have you

used it?

Another question is what fruits and berries are good to use and what are high in

carbs.

I'm trying to keep the smoothy in the range of 15 to 20 carbs. The endo and

diabetic educator told me to have 60 carbs for breakfast and 60 for dinner or to

have 30 at each meal with two snacks of 15 each. I'm trying to stay with in

these limits.

I've also heard conflicting info on bananas. Some said they can be eaten and

others said no so am really confused.

Love to hear your smoothy suggestions.
