-- Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

Good Morning Everyone,

I hope you all are well, Here is the recipe sorry I did not have much time to post yesterday.

Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

12 lasagna noodles, uncooked

1 lb boneless chicken breast cubed

3 cups lowfat spaghetti sauce

1 cup wing sauce

1 1/2 cups water

2 Tbsp Garlic crushed

15 oz no fat ricotta cheese

1/2 cup egg substitute

3/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese

Preheat oven to 350 Spray nonstick skillet and sauté chicken 4 min. Drain well stir in spaghetti sauce and wing sauce and spices. In separate bowl combine ricotta and egg substitute. Spread 1 cup of sauce over bottom of pan. oops spray a 13 by 9 pan with Pam. Arrange 3-4 noodles over sauce. Spread the sauce then layer with the ricotta mixture preheat until all ingredients are used ending with the sauce. Cover and bake for 1 hour 10 min. Uncover and sprinkle with bleu cheese and bake 5 more minutes, Uncovered and then let it stand 15 minutes before serving.

Let me know how you enjoy this if you make it.

Zephyr
