Guest guest
Hi, Well,I don't know of a legal brand of sausage, but I make my own and it's really easy. 1 pound ground pork, turkey, etc. 2 tsp.italian seasoning(sage, red pepper, whatever you tolerate) 1 tbsp.sea salt mix all ingredients in a bowl and then make into patties.I freeze my patties in ziplock baggies. It's a very good swap for the bought kind. DeAnn,mom to 3.11 asd,scd 15 weeks

(Oregano and Basil give an italian flavor. Freeze fresh organic spices for months and just snip 'em on with scisoors. Carol F. SCD 3yrs.
