Hi,

Well,I don't know of a legal brand of sausage, but I make my own and

it's really easy.

1 pound ground pork,turkey,etc.

2 tsp.italian seasoning(sage,red pepper,whatever you tolerate)

1 tbsp.sea salt

mix all ingredients in a bowl and then make into patties.I freeze my

patties in ziplock baggies.

It's a very good swap for the bought kind.

Just a caution for new members--- DeAnne doesn't mean commercial Italian

seasoning mixtures which may contain starch, but actually combining your own

individual spices. (Oregano and Basil give an italian flavor. Freeze fresh

organic spices for months and just snip 'em on with scisoors.
