Confused about son's behavior - racing around & making sounds like an animal

My son has been acting very bizarre the past couple of days. In a previous post

I had mentioned that he has recently developed a couple of tics (he jerks his

head and will say " shut up " ). However, lately he has become so hyperactive! He

runs around our kitchen table, jumps and squeals, and starts to giggle. I'm not

sure what is going on but his behavior has never been this crazy before. We have

been doing SCD for 10 months now. We have yet to delve into antifungal/antiviral

treatments, although we are getting close to starting those as well. Any idea

what could be causing this behavior? Thank you!
