Guest guest Posted December 31, 2009 Report Share Posted December 31, 2009 On Dec. 19, 2009, President Obama signed the Department of Defense Appropriations Act of 2010 which provides for a zero percent (0%) update to the 2010 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule for a two month period, January 1, 2010 through February 28, 2010. This has been treatened just about every year for the past 15 years and has never been implimented. AMA always seems to knock it down. M.
