On Dec. 19, 2009, President Obama signed the Department of Defense

Appropriations Act of 2010 which provides for a zero percent (0%) update to the

2010 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule for a two month period, January 1, 2010

through February 28, 2010.

It is a fact that, once again, it's been treatened. This has been

treatened just about every year for the past 15 years and has never

been implimented. AMA always seems to knock it down.
