The odd part is that I get the same reaction from 24 hour yogurt, storebought kombucha, homemade water kefir, and *apple skins*. I do *not* get any reaction from sauerkraut, fermented veggies, or VSL#3. My body has me baffled. I'm still curious about my apparent lack of die-off symptoms with seemingly high doses of probiotics, though...
