I mix my own DMSA and put a little probiotic in every 4 hour dose he

has never had a yeast rebound - I mix mine in a little honey and

water and give with eyedropper- my 2 cents Ann

I'm not familliar with those particular brands..but I give my 4 year old

son 5x whats recommended on the bottle (i use culturelle and pro-bio gold

from kirkmans) and it's made a big difference with no side effects.

I think they need to hire you to teach at the nearest med school.

This one sounds good, and like the kind of thing everyone will be

kicking themselves for not having done all along.

Can you share which probiotic and how much of it. Also how much does your child

weigh?

Metagenics ultaflora plus. It works for us.

Thanks! That sounds like a great way to pick apart what's a reaction

and what's just die-off.

The odd part is that I get the same reaction from 24 hour yogurt,

storebought kombucha, homemade water kefir, and *apple skins*. I do

*not* get any reaction from sauerkraut, fermented veggies, or VSL#3.

My body has me baffled.

I'm still curious about my apparent lack of die-off symptoms with

seemingly high doses of probiotics, though...
