Milissa, do you know about www.audible.com? Oh they have so many kinds of audio

books you ca listen to on your computer and also put on an ipod or cd. There is

also a college text book library that could have the longer one you are looking

for: www.rfbd.org. Yu can search there, and there are phone numbers if you'd

rather they do it for you. I wish you the very best in your losing weight and

preparing for your surgery. You can do it, absolutely you can.

one I ssarch frr information from. I'm not a member of rfB & D and I'm not sure

Thanks for the website. I forgot about that one. I bet he has a lot of stuff

on the Somersizing diet too. I've lost about 19 pounds, but gained 3 back,

thanks to the fact that some of us retain fluid at least one week out of every

month. I'm not giving up though. My family won't let me give up. neither will

my friends. I started water aerobics about 3 weeks ago, but now I'm going to

have to find an evening class so I can continue it after work. Thanks again for

Congrats on the weight loss ! That's great. The only good thing

about the monthly weight gain is that you usually lose it when that time is

over! You are more than half the way to your goal of 30 pounds.
