I don't think I was very clear in this message. The reality is, I do care who did it, that just wasn't my main concern when writing the message. Believe me, if the details come out to me, it will result in removal from the list. There are no second chances on this type of inappropriate behavior. More than anything, I'm angry that anyone would think this is okay.
