I woudl also request that his payment be denied. Until WE stop payign these buttheads, they will have a job and be free ot mistreat others. I simply want stand for it, but am trying to believe that the national healthcare plan will improve things. It's not free because we pay so much through income taxes, but yeah you do not get an invoice. You also can only have 1 doctor at a time and 25% of the population still has no family MD. So if yours is no good you can't do anything about it. I should count myself lucky since I do have one (3 hours drive from where I live). But he is useless for treating hypometabolism. I am forced to self treat, but the problem is worst than that. Without an authorization from an MD no lab can test you, even private labs are not allowed to test you without a written request from an MD. Crazy stuff. That's too bad. I am on ACCESS, but this is a big city and a long list of doctors covered. Not many endos, but I did find an agreeable doctor by writing letters.
