Guest guest
da-- You will definitely want to exercise. It makes you feel much better and you'll lose faster, too. I, for one, have been exercising regularly for the last 12 years. I couldn't wait to get back into water aerobics after surgery. I went back after 2 weeks. It's great. Guest guest
I was a little sore on Thursday and I'm sure I'll be a little sore tomorrow, but I know I'll feel great in about a week! And for that ... I cannot wait!!!

Guest guest
-- Good for you! Isn't it great to be so high on exercise? Don't worry about the sore muscles. If you haven't been using them much before they will always be sore when you first start. Especially the day or two after you exercise. But give yourself a week. You won't be sore any more and you'll feel stronger, you'll lose better because you're building muscle mass which burns more fat, and you'll be less likely to need cosmetic surgery to correct sagging skin, etc. You may also experience a time when your weight loss appears to slow down, but that's because muscle weighs more than fat. You will actually lose inches faster, even though it seems that you're not " losing " as well. That's what you want to do--build muscle and lose fat. Keep up the good work Katy

Guest guest
da: I'm taking at least one 30 minute walk each day. I'm planning to add more in the next few weeks when the pace here slows down a little. (tennis, weight machines, swimming, & water aerobics). I think not only does it help us lose weight faster, but it also helps firm up so we're not quite so flabby as we lose. Also, in addition to the basic health benefits from it, it also makes me feel SO much better. OK, I admit it, I love to exercise/recreate physically & am SO excited about being able to do it more & better now. Beth Durham, NC MGB 4/20/99 minus 20 lbs.
