AB 783 POPTS Bill was Defeated Monday but it's

NOT Dead

*Hayashi bringing up bill for reconsideration, Monday, June 20th.*

As many of you know, and may have even witnessed Monday, June 13th, AB 783

did not make it out of the Senate Business and Professions Committee

Monday. However, it was granted reconsideration, meaning it can be voted on

before July 7th. Hayashi is taking advantage of it!

The CMA lobbyists (more than 8 of them) have been working overtime we are

sure to convince the senators to vote for her bill.
