Guest guest Posted August 14, 2003 Report Share Posted August 14, 2003 Just wanted to thank everyone for the workout advice. I took the night off last night and I ate a good salad. Today I feel so much better! I think I'm going to do a light 20 minute aerobic thing tonight just to stay in the workout habit, then work the heavy stuff this weekend. I just feel like I'm cheating myself if I don't workout, but you are all correct: my body does need a break at least once a week.
