Guest guest
my 18 yr olds doctor (she has hashi's ) will not put her on T3 or cortisol..says she is an athlete in high school and would be too hard for her to keep up with things...i agree unfortunately....but i wonder if there is any hope of clearing RT3 for her while on NT if she took some adrenal support?? Possibly, it does seem to be self maintaining though. A few months of T3 only is the must predictable cure, without T4 in the system no more RT3 is formed and without new RT3 coming along receptors will eventually clear. I don't understand? provided she takes enough T3 and spaces it out in the day she will be MORE able to cope mentally and physically with everything else Nick
