What is story on temp changes--Mine are crazy

I have been tracking temps again. What is up with the crazy jumps. Today I

didn't take my morning temps b/c I ran out early. But I took 7.5 Cytomel, 1

grain NT, 5mg HC when I got up. Now 5 hours later my temp is 97.4. Yesterday

around this same time before I took another dose of my hormones it was 98.3. Why

the difference?

And do most people get lower temps around 8 pm? Mine always drops to 97.4 or so

around 7 pm and on. Is that normal?

My doctor wants me to wean off the HC so I'm going to track the temps for

averages again to see if should wean off.

Is it normal for temp to be low before another hormone dose?
