Good idea. The company my Parents have just used gave them a list of local

addresses where they had fitted windows and the owners would be happy to

recommend them.

Only once, honest, I think the server's playing up. One of 's

messages appeared 6 tuimes on the other list!

Any big names that advertise will cost more. Ask if they sub-contract too -

another layer of money'out the window' (sorry).. We used a local firm -

recommended by our builder when we did the extension

I'd endorse this too.

My mum had DG front door last year and the pattern, although not obvious

from the small sample she was given, needed to be centralised. They've

managed in five out of six panes but not in all.

And of course they insist they can't guarantee it would be centralised.

Hmmm...
