Guest guest
Someone asked: " Would you mind posting that recipe for those muffins? Thanks. " I'm still perfecting it. As soon as it works like I want I will post it. I'm trying different ratios of contents and baking times. While I called it " like a muffin " I was going more for a biscuit like product without sweetening. It's baked in a muffin pan and has consistency of a muffin. It uses yeast instead of baking powder. It could be made more muffin like by adding sweetening and bits of fruit or berries and baking powder for raising. XB IC|XC
