WW no-meetings explanation

Hi everyone - just wanted you to know that I contacted our local WW

800 number and got a real person (YEA), and was told that there was

some big WW to do this weekend so a lot of meetings were cancelled,

and that if I had been at the meeting the week before I would have

been informed. Ah well, it's my fault ... anyhow I'm going to rattle

along this month and in January will be able to join for 20 weeks

($200), as my insurance will reimburse.

So anyway, it was nice to talk to a person.

Wow Katy! thats awesome news about your insurance! glad you found out about the meetings.. but that huge meeting must have been regional or something .. because none of us knew and alot of us attend meetingS? I agree.... just keep on truckin and doin your thing.. .meeting or no meeting! OT- Are you in Oceanside because of Pendleton or just living there? My brother loved it there.. he was stationed there for 3 out of 4 years in the Marines... now he is with his girlfriend (also a marine) at Cherry Point, NC and hates it there.. says peoplein NC are rude and mean (no offense to anyone) I think he really wishes she would get stationed somewhere else?! Oh well!
