1 -19 oz. tin legal tomato juice (I used Heinz from Canada)

1/4 teaspoon white or apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons honey.

Bring tomato juice to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer uncovered for 30

minutes.

Add honey and vinegar and taste. (Conventional ketchup is 40% sugar and you

may want yours sweeter) Cook another 15 minutes or until desired thickness

is reached.
