New to Medicare

I have just begun to perform specialty wheelchair evaluations for Medicare.  My

primary business is not insurance-based (school-based contracting).  I am

looking for advice on how to best set up a system for billing Medicare, creating

the claims and tracking AP without buying expensive billing systems (I do not

anticipate billing more than 3-4 evaluations to Medicare per month, at most).  I

currently track my invoices and AP using Quickbooks as I do not bill any

insurance and do not anticipate billing insurance other than Medicare as needed

for these specialty evaluations.  Any advice would be appreciated.
