Are any of you (specifically in private practice) involved in clinical research?

If so, do you utilize grant writers to procure grants? If you use grant

writers, do they serve as consultants or are they employees? Can I presume that

the grants cover the salary and benefits of all those involved in clinical

research? Does this provide any additional cushioning to your practice's fiscal

viability?
