Guest guest
Mark, I'm on a low protein diet. The neph wants my intake of protein not to exceed 64 grams. So my wife has me eating a lot of carbs so that my weight does not go down. Sure, going on a low protein diet was difficult since my favorite foods were dairy, meat and fish. Now when we go shopping, the label is read for protein grams. But you get used to it. For your info, I'm 70 yrs, 6'0 " and 168 lbs. I play tennis 4-5 times a week, golf once a week and when not doing that, go to a gym for machine and treadmill workouts. On five meds but feeling fine. Spend my winters in Florida.
