This calculations are for water you need to drink to be a Mermaid. (For more

about Mermaids, go to: http://www.geocities.com/cng091877/mermaids.html

WW itself says " Drink at least 6 glasses of water every day. "

This is from The Week 1, Getting Started book on pg. 18.

It continues by saying, " It's refreshing, can help curb your appetite, and

has 0 POINTS. Any type of water -- plain, sparkling, club soda and

unsweetened, flavored seltzer -- counts. You can also have 3 of your 6

glasses as juice, milk, decaffeinated beverages, or any other beverage that

doesn't contain alcohol. Just be sure to count the POINTS. "
