Guest guest
I'm not sure if you're doing yogurt yet, but I love smoothies. I don't own a juicer and don't have room for one if I did ! LOL I'm not sure if you'd consider that an energy drink, but when I need something quick and satisfying it works for me. I buy frozen papaya at whole foods and it works great. That, a banana, pineapple juice and yogurt dumped in a blender.....yum. I don't cook that papaya, but you could then freeze as ice cubes. Good with mango too, and low salicylate! When I need something an hour or 2 before dinner (or after as dessert) this is what I go for. Protein, carbs, fat.....energy! I am always tired and we're going into our season here for our business not to mention summer vacation for the kids. I need something to give me some energy. > > Thanks > Penny > >
Guest guest
Oh girl. I love smoothies. Mine is orange juice, strawberries, yogurt and a banana. Killer! However, it doesn't seem to give me the energy I need. Penny Re: need a energy drink for me I'm not sure if you're doing yogurt yet, but I love smoothies.
