Guest guest
You have the right attitude girl! Slow and steady definitely will still win the race and its alot easier to keep off! Just think, even if it comes off slow, it is still coming off! I remember a time when I didnt think that diets work because I couldnt lose nothing... and now look at us! without even working out! ( I think I have luck since the BF ?? hate to stop now) Whatever the reason, I sure hope it continues... cuz imma be thin when we finally get to meet !!!!! LMAO JENN Re: Kim's weigh in for the week You are doing great and you know if the program was all hard, it would be hard to keep. The great thing here is this is something we all can do it. It's not a diet, it's a way of life. It is amazing how much this taught me and now I can't ever go back. I know what works now and that's it! Congrats on your loss and being consistent. I know it's hard for me to stick to the same thing from week to week.> I couldn't get on earlier due to sick baby and trying to get on at > night is totally impossible, concidering my fiance and son love to be > here for hours!
