Guest guest
Ida thanx... I guess i didnt state that very well.... I said "If you want some ideas of how much water you could be drinking, check out mermaids." I didnt mean to confuse you.. but mermaids supposedly vow to drink water in excess..and i really didnt think that that was that much.. I thought it was a pretty good measure... but then I do know that some people have problems just gettin the 48 oz that WW requires let alone any extra! sorry for the confusion! JENN RE: How Much Water This calculations are for water you need to drink to be a Mermaid. (For moreabout Mermaids, go to: http://www.geocities.com/cng091877/mermaids.htmlWW itself says "Drink at least 6 glasses of water every day."This is from The Week 1, Getting Started book on pg. 18.It continues by saying, "It's refreshing, can help curb your appetite, andhas 0 POINTS. Any type of water -- plain, sparkling, club soda andunsweetened, flavored seltzer -- counts. You can also have 3 of your 6glasses as juice, milk, decaffeinated beverages, or any other beverage thatdoesn't contain alcohol. Just be sure to count the POINTS.
