High or low Cortisol

Val,

I am wondering if this sounds like high or low cortisol. I have been taking adrenal rebuilder for over a year now. I take about 5 a day.

The last couple of days I have noticed internal uneasiness and feeling like nausea. I skipped my afternoon dose today and felt the uneasiness went away as well as the mental confusion(not sure if that is just anxiety about what is happening). These are the same symptoms I noticed when taking a higher dose of SR Cortisol. Everytime I went up I felt worse and I didn't reel good on a low dose either.

I am taking s Adrenal Rebuilder and there are no hormones in it.

I have noticed, which I think are hypo symtpoms prior to skipping my afternoon dose; teeth clenching, memory symptoms-fogginess. I have also been unable to lose any weight. I am not as bloated as on progesterone, but i haven't been able to wear my old pants or get my watch on.

I am wondering if It is time to add the T3. I am going to be tested for the works soon, but am thinking I might need T3 soon. I have asked to use Cytomel in multiple doses. Hopefully; this will be a better route than SR T3 for me.

Thanks,

Rhonda
