Yogurt from 1/2 & 1/2

Hello,

Do I need to do anything differently if I make yogurt from legal half

and half? (I am talking about making it solely from 1/2 & 1/2, not

just adding a little 1/2 & 1/2 to the milk.) Do I need to culture it

longer or anything? I " ve surfed around but couldn't find anything.
