Hello all

I just wanted to drop in and share what my past week's readings have been in

fasting.

This morning I was 95, and for the past week, in fasting, I've been under 110,

which is super for me!

During the day I don't go over 120, and maybe 130 at times, which is pretty good

to.

Now, I'm not sure what works for anyone else, but as for me, this is what I've

been doing:

I make 2 quarts of a cinnamon cooler, by boiling some cinnamon sticks on the

stove top, adding as many cinnimon stick you want, according how strong you want

it.

then after cooled, or hot, I placed it in a 2 quart jar, and put in the fridge.

I drink this refreshing cooler anytime I am thirsty, or just through out the

day. I've been filling up water bottles, and just been sipping it through out

the day.

I also been drinking with my foods, and it has really been helping me lower my

blood sugars on the average.

Now, I know it's gonna take a while for it to make a " diference " but in the over

all, it has been helping me.

So, I was just sharing with you all, and if nothing else, it's a great flavored,

natural cooler to have anytime of the year, and it's also great really hot for

tea.

check it out, it won't hurt!

again, this is just what I've been doing and I'm just shareing what is helping

me.

Blessings,

Sugar
