Hi !! Hang in there!! I don't a supplement so I'm not sure why you're feeling tired. Maybe you need a quick sugar around that time (like a piece of fruit) or maybe you need a little protein. Listen to your body - it knows when it needs fuel!! Remember we are here for you whenever you need us for support!! Have a great day!!

GoodMorning,Well its day two of the diet and I am still doing good. Trying to stay on a diet when there are cookies and yummy food all around at work is hard but I am surviving. I want results now:-) Sound familiar? I am trying to be patient. I started at 150 lbs and want to get down to atleast 130 but 140 is my goal for now. Come on holidays, be over soon;-) Question. Does anyone take a dietary supplement? I take metabolite and it seems to make me tired towards the end of the day. What I mean is, I work 4pm-12am and around 8pm I yawn and yawn and yawn but normally I dont do this. I like the extra help it gives me for the cravings though. Just curious if anyone else has these symptoms.Have a great day all!

Its Day 3 for me and tonight we are having a dinner at work. I am

going to eat sensibly and everything should be fine. I am surprised I

am doing so well. You mentioned a quick sugar and another amazing

thing came to mind. I love beer and it seems now that I have quit

eating lots of sweets I am craving beer. Jeez will it ever end? LOL

Last night I saw a commercial on t.v. that said " LOSE 10LBS IN

48HRS. " Woohoo wouldnt that be great? Doesnt sound like it would be a

very healthy thing to do if it did work. Me just rambling again;-)

I am glad you all are here:-) Helps keep me going :-)
