Time. You have to let the Vitamin A leave the system. Avoid any foods rich in Vit A. Stop any CLO or fish oils (they almost all contain A). Check all of your supplements for anything containing A and remove them.

I guess that can't hurt but I am wondering if it will help? Vitamin A is fat soluble and stored in the liver so I don't actually know... I'm sorry Margo. Praying for quick detox for your child.

My son has been experiencing peeling hands,feet and lips... Last draw shedding hair... We have tested for Kawasaki, Pandas and going to an autoimmune specialist next week... Just so happened to give the list of vitamins my Dan prescribed ... She prescribed 10,000 units daily.. My doc said that was a toxic level.. Along with his cod liver ... So I'm stopping everything... Whoever told you that you permanently hurt him is full of it. Vitamin a

toxicity subsides shortly after you stop the vitamin a.

Also dr's used to prescribe upwards of 300,000iu a day for acne and then big

pharma introduced acutane and suddenly those Dr's claim vitamin a is toxic.

Also many many people with autistic children give upwards of 100-300,000iu a

day.

If you choose to allow your child to be handicap and in pain that's your choice

but know they aren't going to be any happier because you simply let them eat

crap food instead if the gfcf diet.
