I don't use that product and don't know, but if no one here has an answer, maybe

you could call New Beginnings and they could tell you.

5 drops is 1385 mcg. 1 spray is approx 500 mcg. If you are taking 2000 mcg perday (which seems a bit high to me to be taking it that often right out the gate - shots are usually around 1250 mcg when you first start and given every 3 days) so to keep it at approx 2000 mcg you would need 7 drops.
