Patty doesn't have thed sense of smell which is both bad and good.

Once she once put perfume on and almost emptied the bottle on herself. It

was hard to wash off too. There is the good in that she is the only one I know

who can go in an outhouse with no problem!

Really though, without the sense of smell she still has the sense of taste

though I am sure it is different as well. This is good in that if there is a

strong chemical odor, smoke or whatever, she sometimes can taste it. When she

is trying to smell something she will take a deep breath through her mouth.

sometimes i think i can tell if there is a very strong bad smell around but

im not sure...like i know sometiems if ive gone to empy the bin in teh

bathroom ill get this sensation in my nose and it feels all yuck..doesnt

happen very often buti think i can smell occasionaly.. butr y i actually can

only think of two times this actaully appening tho

its smell lol
