Re: Just Got results of Oats Test

Hi , We had our Multi Vitamin compounded with only bio-available vitamins (it was about $60 for a 1.5 month supply) -- and had excellent results. I can send you the spec sheet if you want it - or would like to give it to your DAN to consider it. This would also take care of your vitamin C, and your B-6 requirements too)CoQ10 - I would only use the bio-available one -- which is called Ubiquinone - The one you should get is not a powder, rather more like an "oil" -- this helps the absorption of it. (So, it's getting to where it needs to be without much help.) -- (I gave you a link, about 1/2 way down the page, it talks about bio-availability, that should help you find a supplement that meets those qualities)http://www.nutrilea rn.com/coq10/ coq10.htmlThe Glutathione - we use a transdermal - with DMSO for max absorption. This actually seems to working really well. This

is something we have started recently. I have also use "Intestinew" in my brother's fiber drink, and hoping this will help in addition to the transdermal. The Gaba we use source naturals -- it has a nice orange taste...and I think this has been a wonderful addition. Hope this helps! :)>> Hello All,> > I got the results of my 2 year olds OATS test and it says that he needs a high quality multi vitamin OR CoQ10. My questions is...can I give him both since he needs a multi Vitamin? The test shows that he needs at least 20mg of riboflavin and I am wanting to get Kirkmans Super Nu Thera, but it does not have the the needed riboflavin. Also the test recommends a list of other supplements and I

am wanting to know if any of you seasoned parents have a brand that you can recommend. Thank you so much! > > 1.20-30 billion Probiotics> 2.High Quality Multi-Vitamin with a min of 20mg of riboflavin OR 50mg of CoQ10> 3. Glutathione> 4. 1000 mg of "BUFFERED" (not sure what that means) Vitamin C> 5. GABA> 6. 20-50mg of Vitamin B-6> 7. L-Carnitine 500-1000mg per day> > Thanks so much for any recommendations on brands.> > >
