My staple has been soup. Any kind I like. Lipton's noodle soup in the box

makes into a very comforting, nonsweet snack. Even the noodles are so little

and soft that they go down very easily.

I also find a cream soup to give me a little more substance while still

sitting well. I've had potato soup, broccoli & cheese soup, even New England

clam chowder. Mostly the broth, but the chunks are very soft and small

pieces, and make a good transition from clears.

V8 juice is still a great choice. Especially at work when I need something

in a hurry but don't just want fruit juice.

Frozen fruit bars are a great treat. Edy's makes a strawberry one that is

really tasty and even has real strawberries in it.

Of course, yogurt, custard style, was really good to me, especially the first

week. The smooth texture just suited me and tasted so good.

That's my 2 cents worth.
