OUCH, Can you believe my % is 35!!!!! I went to the

gym for the first time last night and he did that for

me.And he showed me what to do , Cardio and Weights.

Im excited, I hope I dont have to diet if I work out.

Kaitlin-

first off congrats on makin that trip to the gym! second, remind me, areyou doing WW? good luck losing the weight, but remember that all that workin out will add some weight, because muscle weighs more than fat! make sure you take your measurements ...watch those inches!

No WW is to expensive and I really dont want to Diet.

So I thought the gym. I was embarrassed when he asked

if i have ever exercised. I really havent.

Well here is some advice Kaitlyn! Hope you dont mind my offering it...

Drink lots of water, which I know you have already asked about. Water burns fat too! Cut out some of the fat in your diet... if you eat less fat and consume the right number of calories, you are sure to lose especially with the exercise. Plus with the exercise, make sure you get the right amount of protein in your diet too! good luck
