In Ok there is a civil marriage (still married though) that a judge or a justice of the peace performs. Ministers / clergy do religious ceremonies.(I am ordained as a minister - since 2000.) we also have common law - living together with joint funds, living together without joint funds, recently the 4th state recognized same sex marriage I don't know the names of the state that recognize commitment ceremonies for same sex and heterosexual commitments working with Beginning Experience (peer group for people working through broken relationships - originally started through the Catholic Church - in 20 years + it has gone world wide I almost did my masters thesis on serial monogamy - being married a number of times or living together decided to do the coursework instead of the thesis what was it we were talking about Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
