Guest guest
We have been Chelating Jen for Mercury using (DMSA ... brand Name Chemet) for along time and still are. We had a test during the summer that from Doctor Data showing she chelated Mercury. During the last week Jen has learned to ride her three-wheel bicycle, three-wheel scooter, and she can petal a go-cart. Month ago she would just sit in the toys and scream to be pushed. She has also learned to work her sister's two-wheel scooter. Granted she is shaky on the two-wheel scooter, but she is doing it. Also she always carries a stick to stimulate her mouth and face with, but when she got on the toys last night she handed me the stick. I was so surprised. Also she has a slight language increase, but she seems to be talking to the VCR tapes when they are playing on the TV. She was very upset with " Pete's Dragon " last night. This weekend we are chelating Jen again and we are also chelating my other daughter Kim, because Dr. Brenner (DAN Doctor) believes as do I that Kim also has Mercury Poison. I was told that it could take 16 rounds until any Mercury comes of Kim. That seems about right because we did about 16 rounds or more with Jen before we seen results. Well, I just wanted to let others know we are having success. As long as there is life there is hope! Guest guest
Thank you so much for posting your update! It's a good reminder that healing takes time, no matter how fast we wish it would happen. We are still waiting on some test results but I am very eager to get started. Best of luck to Jen and her upcoming graduation and to Kim who seems to be doing great. Janet

Guest guest
When we were using DMSA it was through Dr. Arnold Brenner and he is DAN doctor. We move to the use of DMPS on both my girls because the DMPS work 10 times faster. Kim is completely normal, her behavior changed, grades improved, she was excited about school, she socializing normally, she was noticing that she was acting differently and when tested she was above normal in processing and eye movement. I took Kim to a vision therapist and had her tested to prove the improvement in her processing and eye movement, but Dr Rosier could not say it had to chelation even that was the only intervention that Kim had received. As for Jen, both girls were chelated the same and Jen made improvements, but not equally by no means. When I started hearing about the RNA Metals 1, 2, 3 and 4 and how they could maybe change the RNA in the brain, which is part of the DNA and then release the live virus from the MMR shot I figured it was worth a try. Then about halfway through the rounds Dr. Brenner suggested add a can of Sardines to her diet per day. Sardines are cheep, but oh the smell and I am not a fish eater which makes it even worst have to feed them to Jen. Jen is still not recovered, she has made a lot of progress, but she has a great deal of catching up to do. Basically nineteen years worth of catch up, but we have a word wall in our hallway and we try to get to say word when ever possible. As I stated before she is initiating words, which at nineteen years old that is fantastic for any child. She makes sound all the time and it is if she is talking to herself, but it difficult for us to understand, except when she is swearing. Then there no question of what she said and usually it when she frustrated with us not know what she wants, she lost a toy or something is not working properly for her. I really think Jen problems were and still a combination of yeast overgrowth, allergies, heavy metals, MMR shot and who knows. Only time will tell now, because what took other children nineteen years to learn Jen can not pick up in a blink of an eye, so now we wait, pray and hope. I going to continue to look at other possibilities because it is just a little early to say Jen is well, she needs to be able to talk much than she does now. I can give her directions to do different things and she does them. If I ask her to put her dish in the sink after dinner, she does it. If I tell her to put her shoes on, they are on her feet with the correct shoe on the correct foot. She is wear overalls because she seemed to need attention and she shot to moon in the cafeteria this year. Her teacher and both agreed that she got the attention she desired, and before she was never in enough tack with the world to realize that she desired attention of that magnitude. Well at any rate, she will be wearing overalls for a long time and I was so embarrassed! I said this so many times before we still have a long way to go, now there is more hope. As long as there is life, there is hope! Bev Weakley
Guest guest
Hi Phyllis and Barb, The best thing I ever did was to take my daughters to our DAN doctor (Dr Arnold Brenner) and I would think it would have been the Dan protocol on the time. But we moved to the transdermal DMPS because Dr. Brenner believed it was the best thing to do for both my daughters. My daughter Kim is normal and was mercury toxic. She was in title one reading, she had mediation after school, and by third grade she in big trouble. I had her in vision therapy and I was losing the battle then one day I received an email from a man name he was talking about the herb Cilantro. I decided I would put some leaves straight from the plant in Jen mouth and her behavior changed. So I called Dr. Brenner, because we were working with on other things and her said we are going to chelate Jen. After a while, I started looking at Kim and thinking about how Jen has problem with her eye movement and gee autism is like a very big processing problem. So I figured, what so what the heck and I shoved a bunch of cilantro leaves in Kim's mouth. She was what looked to be a normal child that was lazy, could not stay on task in school, hated school because she had no success, she had the behavior parallel play and her social skills were at the bottom of the barrel. I would go to the elementary school and cry my eyes out while the teacher would try to talk about terrible behavior Kim display of total lack of concern. She was not a bad kid, I can remember Kim getting angry one time because as she was chelating and getting well, she decide to raise her hand in class to answer a question. Shocked the teacher called on Kim and Kim answered the question correctly, then a boy blurted out honestly, " I did not know she could talk " . Kim was devastated, I asked whose fault was that, and she told me, " the person who put the thimerosal in her shots " . After that I figured she knew and she was inside looking out while I was only on the outside looking in, and someday I am hoping to be able to ask Jen the same question. Barb referred to me as an longtimer and I guess I am, but before me were many more and they were the refrigerator moms. They are the ones we should commend, because they struggled alone with no support and the world had turned their back on them. They are our foundation to continue the war against autism and never again, will there be a " Refrigerator Mom " accusation against the mothers of autistic children or any mother with ill child. Only a very few times in my struggles with my daughters have I run into individuals who made poor choices with their behavior toward my daughters, mostly Jen and myself in relationship to their disabilities. Usually I handled it wonderfully, but I must admit that one time a man wore my soda in a restaurant. The whole restaurant clapped, cheered and the manager presented me with a new soda and it was one of those large sodas. I was amazed that I was not thrown out of the restaurant on my head with my mother and daughters behind me. That was years ago, but I do revisit the moment, to consider if I really made the best choice. Twice I warned him and the third was the charm, I feared that he would become more aggressive against my daughter Jen and not really thinking about it, I directed all his attention to myself. I did not realize that others were watching him too, that I was not alone in defense of my child, they clapped, and cheered, I was amazed. He gobbled down his lunch and removed himself from the establishment. Best wishes and never give up hope and thank you for being there celebrate Jen success! If more changes occur in Jen I will let everyone know! Bev Weakley
