With all respect, I don't think Autism and mercury toxic is the same. I'm mercury toxic due to amalgams but I'm not autistic.

Completely agree with . If you think foods are affecting your child, just take out all gluten, casein, and soy, cook food at home with whole food ingredients if possible, and you can mess with all the other stuff while you chelate. Chelation is the #1 rated ARI treatment and gives results, there is no reason to wait. Children that become autistic are already toxic then they are born. They get it from the mother in utero. Not sure when you became mercury toxic? These babies are then exposed to vaccines, enviornmental toxins and pathogens when born that throw them over the edge. Way more then their little bodies can handle!!!! Sorry, not , but this is what I have learned.

i wasn't mercury poisened before my son was born, ate no fish (had it like 2 times in my life don't like it) have no fillings ect. born before big vaccinations companies ect. he was normal and ahead of schedual on everything UNTIL his vaccinationd did him in.....

it may be true for some that they were damaged before hand, genetics can also play into this as well....

I agree. With my first pregnancy in 1997, in the prenatal class they were

saying " eat your tuna " ! I had an entire mercury-containing Hep B series of

vaccinations right before my second pregnancy, not to mention took

aluminum-containing antacids during pregnancy, etc. etc.

When you find someone with a child similar to yours and start asking questions,

it is AMAZING the similarities in exposure!

True! There are other toxins out there. Mercury is just one of them. I am Mercury toxic and I think there are alot of other people who are and don't even know it. What is the role genetics play exactly? Maybe all the toxins are causing the genetic defects?! What was it in the vaccination that did your son in? Was it toxins, or viruses or both?

I don't think people are saying that Mercury alone causes Autism. It sets the stage for Autism along with other toxins for most children. The immune system becomes overwhelmed. Our little babies cannot handle all the junk they are exposed to and it is everywhere. In the water they drink and the formula they eat, the clothes they wear, and the air they breathe. Now, they are being poked with more toxins and viruses on top of it. When I see the rise of autism over the past decade, all this makes sense.

No, autism is not just mercury poisoning. It is a huge part of it, but there are so many other deficits not caused by the mercury that need to be addressed too. We have to work on all the issues. We don't want to neglect one or the other. In some mild cases, it could be just mercury, but in most it is a chain of connected issues. Now, I do think that all kids with autism are metal poisoned and therefore, they could benefit from a very specialized effective detox program somewhere along the line.

I am now wondering if I had dental work done while prenant. Seems like I had some amalgam fillings removed early in my pregnancy?

Auto immune diseases run on both sides of the family. My sister, first born, had Lupus and died at 28. My mothers aunt had rheumatoid arthritis. I have cousins, on my mothers side, with arthritis. My husbands aunt has lupus. His brother has bad allergies. My husband also had juvenile arthritis. I remember listening to M. talking about family history and methylation cycle. Obviously, ours isn't very good.
