WW is NOT a diet?

It seems to me this all depends on each individual's idea of

a " diet " ; for some a diet connotes a temporary way of eating that

involves giving up almost everything you love --- for others, a diet

can be a lifelong healthy way of eating. For me, WW is a " diet "

because I'm modifying portions and not eating the candy and sweets I

did before going on WW - but it's also behavior modification, and a

permanent change. I don't think anyone's " wrong " here; it's just our

own interpretation of the term " diet " (which tends to be negative).

So that's my two cents; now I better get back to work :-)
