FRESH TOMATO SALSA

Thought this sounded yummy, so I tried it and it was!!!!! I've never been "cook" enough to worry about making my own salsa, but I had most of the ingredients. I just threw it all into a blender at the same time and it was pretty chunky-but GREAT on an omelet!!! (maybe its a prego thing, cause family thought I was crazy putting it on eggs!)

Oh, by the way-I got this from http://DailyDiabeticRecipe.com it comes to my mailbox everyday and I get some good stuff! Here's the web site too! http://diabeticgourmet.com

Enjoy!

Thanks Zephyr! Actually, while you were busy starting your precious family I found out that we are having an addition to our family next summer, so I am just trying to maintain good eating habits and keeping my diabetes under control for the pregnancy! I'm still trying to follow WW, but I cant stay a member due to the pregnancy-so I am just trying to do it with this groups support and fellowship! I'm so excited about Skyler--lol, by the time I have mine you will be old hat at this and can remind me about those baby things I have forgotten in the last 5 yrs since I had Christian!

That is awesome congrats. It is hard for me to follow and keep everything straight on here. Five years is probably a nice span between the ages for you. Keep me updated.
