Zephyr FRESH TOMATO SALSA Thought this sounded yummy, so I tried it and it was!!!!! I've never been "cook" enough to worry about making my own salsa, but I had most of the ingredients. I just threw it all into a blender at the same time and it was pretty chunky-but GREAT on an omelet!!! (maybe its a prego thing, cause family thought I was crazy putting it on eggs!) Actually, while you were busy starting your precious family I found out that we are having an addition to our family next summer, so I am just trying to maintain good eating habits and keeping my diabetes under control for the pregnancy! I'm still trying to follow WW, but I cant stay a member due to the pregnancy-so I am just trying to do it with this groups support and fellowship!
