So finally Friday morning I am able to get on here and post! This week was the same as last week...suprisingly! I lost .6lbs so a total of 3.6 lbs. I am now on week 4 and will try and eat better this week and get in a bit more exercise. I think I will be changing my Valentines day goal, since my weight loss is a bit slower. I would love to be on a faster program, but realistically, this is much better for me then fast programs. I am one of those I need instant gratification people! But I am learning with this program that I can't get it that way, and it is better this way for me. Thanks for everyones support, and Jenn, thanks for being there for me! Love ya girl!!!!! The great thing here is this is something we all can do it. It's not a diet, it's a way of life. It is amazing how much this taught me and now I can't ever go back. I know what works now and that's it! Congrats on your loss and being consistent. Everyone is going to get a mass mailing from me this morning because I finally have time on the computer!!
