Guest guest
Hi everyone: I'm back from spending a week in the Bay Area with my son, two married daughters & sons-in-law, and my three granddaughters (ages 4, 3-1/2 and 6); we were all in one house so it was quite an adventure. The food was a little difficult, but not too bad as my daughter bought me my yogurt, lite bread, etc. Anyhow I weighed in this morning and LOST another 1.8 pounds! That brings my total loss, after 5 months, to 30.8 pounds. I'm excited that I didn't gain in December - I had given myself permission to just maintain, so losing is an extra bonus. Now that the holidays are over, I'm looking forward to starting the treadmill and bicycle at the gym and speeding up my loss. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful Christmas cards! That was fun. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Katy
