Went to lawyer OMG! I went at a time I was supposed to meet with her

and I got her paralegal, who did nothing but insult me about things

that had nothing to do with the case, and went off on me about my

student loan that they would not get paid and then wanted me to pay

for copies of my files from my IA drs even tho I have the exact

copies!

I thought at least I should be able to meet with the lawyer getting

$5K or more. I got physically ill and within 1 hour of leaving that

traumatic ordeal, I called and talked with the office mgr and

explained and Fired her. They are mailing my papers back to me. I

went to added expense to copy all my records for them and they tossed

them aside then proceeded for 1 1/2 hr to ask me questions that I had

in the papers!!

Anyway~

I go to DBT therapy on mondays and my therapist on Thursdays. I see

the psychiatrist 1-2x a month. I go tomarrow. On Elavil now. 25mg

helps my pain and when I tried to up it to 50mg I got anxious and my

panic escalated. with the 25mg it helps to stop so much panic.

I have been getting into meditation and cant give up copying recipies

like I cook.. I did try the crockpot cake and left out SR cream and

it was good. no puddin and then a bag of chips melted on top for

frosting. Man it was good- froze it and just finished the last

yesterday!

I thought I would be okay after seeing my new neuro who is nice and

did not say much. I see her again Dec 7.

My B-day went okay. I think of my Bday now as 26oct when I got DX.

I am waiting on appt for MRI. 1 yr later I am getting another one

and I suspect it will show progression since the 'roids last year. I

know I am not doing well.

Right now I am trying to calm down from cryin for an hr aftr the

lawyer! I am hoping that some how some way I can do it on my own as

my luck with lawyers is BAD> I have done most of the work.

Past cases that prove:

MENESES v. SECRETARY, 442 F.2d 803, 806 (D.C.Cir. 1971);

PRATT v.HECKLER, 629 F.Supp. 1496, 1501 n. 11 (D.C.C. 1986;

NARROL v. HECKLER, 727 F.2d 1303, 1307, (D.C. Cir. 1984);

BROZ v. SCHWEIKER, 677 F.2d 1351 (11th Cir. 1982);

SANTISE v. SCHWEIKER, 676 F.2d 925 (3d Cir. 1982);

FRADY v. HARRIS, 656 F.2d 143 (4th Cir. 1981);

SMITH v. BOWEN, 826 F.2d 1120, 1122 (D.. Cir. 1987).

Since I suffer PTSD, major depression, MS, and anxiety (for which

panic attacks is a symptom, not a diagnosis), I can qualify under the

mental health status of POMS GRIDS. See, e.g., section 12.08.

I will have to produce a report from a psychiatrist or psychologist,

not a neurologist. I have neuro psych reports that major depression

is on and my current psychiatrist I will get a report.

The court is required to evaluate my mental pain and anguish as a

disabling condition. The ALJ is legally bound to consider my

complaint of pain as a disabling condition. See 20 C.F.R. § 416.929

©(1) (1992). There is considerable case law on this issue.

I feel in my heart that I can handle this.

I am trying to let my higher power handle this issue for me but I am

not sure if that means doing it myself in alj court or if I need a

lawyer.

I just don't want to have to start the entire ss issue over again.
